Our water exercise class, which takes place in our heated pool, consists of low-impact exercises designed to provide cardio conditioning, improved muscle tone and improved balance. You will get a total body workout without the stress of exercising on the ground. Make new friends and enjoy this low impact workout that will get your heart rate up and help keep you moving well!
